SIGNAL

Rhophys should not build four brands equally. Use Couture as the flagship proof, define the parent rules, and extend those standards only to ventures that are evidence-ready.

01

COMMAND BRIEF

Purpose of this Blueprint

This Blueprint closes the paid USD 200 Strategy & Curation phase. It converts the evidence gathered into a practical decision and procurement roadmap.

It is designed to help Rhophys choose what to build first, understand what is inside and outside YAKA’s Branding scope, and move into a protected delivery window.

02

COMMAND BRIEF

Executive summary

Rhophys has a credible founder-and-family story, coherent values, commercial proof in Couture, emerging proof in Agriculture, an early Foundation, and a pre-market Transport idea.

The missing layer is a group-level operating brand system: clear portfolio roles, promises, customer journeys, employee behaviours, decision rights, evidence standards and maturity gates.

PROOF

Couture leads

It has the clearest revenue, repeat and referral evidence—and the most visible service failures to repair.

GAP

Operations lag

Founder dependency, inconsistent communication, unclear handovers and weak data prevent scale.

MOVE

One connected pathway

Architect the parent and Couture flagship, build the ritual and system, then activate demand.

YAKA RECOMMENDSRhophys Brand-to-Activation PathBegin with Architecture

Rhophys’s near-term budget controls the scope and pacing of work. It does not reduce the professional fee for the selected route.

BELIEF

Enterprise, opportunity and women’s growth

FEELING

Valued, confident and respected

MODEL

Commercial enterprise plus impact

One worldview. Different audiences.

Grace describes one core “Rhophys Woman”: confident, ambitious, quality-conscious, seeking growth, financial independence and positive impact. YAKA’s question is whether that idea should function as a founder worldview, a hero narrative, a commercial segment or both. It cannot yet be treated as one universal customer persona across every venture.

COUTURE

Professional women and men, entrepreneurs and executives.

Resolve segmentation versus narrative.
AGRICULTURE

Produce buyers and women farmers.

Different propositions are required.
FOUNDATION

Beneficiaries, supporters and partners.

Keep impact logic distinct.
TRANSPORT

Riders and drivers remain hypotheses.

Validate before precision.
RECOMMENDED ARCHITECTURE

Parent-endorsed. Flagship-led. Evidence-gated.

Rhophys Group owns the story, standards and venture rules. Business units own their category and journey. Couture supplies the first proof. The Foundation carries distinct governance. Other ventures pass evidence gates before deeper investment.

THE GROWTH LOGIC

THE FLAGSHIP IN MOTION

The garment already carries a signature. The service must do the same.

Rhophys Couture’s sculptural collars, confident print and tailored presence create visible distinction. The next task is to make enquiry, measurement, fitting, handover and aftercare feel just as recognisable.

09

RECOMMENDED DESTINATION

Build a flagship-led operating brand

01ARCHITECTURE

Set the parent rules through Couture

02RITUAL

Design the signature client journey

03SYSTEM

Hold client, order and CRM data

04ACTIVATION

Bring more Rhophys Women through it

One controlled path: decide the architecture, focus Couture as the flagship, create its signature ritual, install the system behind it, then activate demand into a working CRM.

10

WHAT RHOPHYS CAN COMMISSION

One route. Four controlled phases.

ARCHITECTDESIGN THE RITUALINSTALL THE SYSTEMACTIVATE DEMAND
PHASE 02 / COUTURE$3,000

Rhophys Signature Client Ritual

We turn how Couture welcomes, measures, serves and keeps a client into one recognisable experience.

YAKA WILL CREATE

  • Onboarding and enquiry flow
  • Measurement and fitting ritual
  • Quote, payment and timeline moments
  • Updates, handover and aftercare
  • Recovery and escalation rules
  • Staff training and role clarity
INCLUDED

Training, a live pilot across 3–5 orders, refinement and handover.

ABOUT 3 WEEKSBuilt from Phase 01
PHASE 03 / YAKA SYSTEMFROM $2,500

Client, Measurement + CRM System

We build the working YAKA System that holds the information behind the client ritual.

THE SYSTEM CAN HOLD

  • Client profiles and contact details
  • Measurements and measurement history
  • Orders, fittings, payments and status
  • Promise dates and internal handovers
  • Aftercare and re-order reminders
  • CRM segments for future campaigns
BOUNDARY

A client and order system—not bookkeeping, accounting or finance training.

FROM 3 WEEKSBuilt around the ritual
PHASE 04 / ACTIVATESEPARATE SCOPE

Rhophys Woman Campaign + Activation

Once the experience works, we create a campaign and activation that brings more women into it.

THE CAMPAIGN CAN CREATE

  • A campaign idea around the Rhophys Woman
  • Editorial and activation direction
  • A focused acquisition journey
  • Lead capture into the Rhophys CRM
  • Follow-up and reactivation sequences
  • Evidence for the next growth decision
GATE

Scope and price only after the ritual and system are ready to receive demand.

AFTER PHASES 01–03One controlled activation

Each offer is separately commissioned through a new Statement of Work. Phased payment changes timing, not the professional fee.

YAKA RECOMMENDATION

Begin with the architecture

$6,000
FIVE–SIX-WEEK BUILD

Rhophys Parent + Couture Flagship Architecture

Before building tools or campaigns, Rhophys needs one commercial logic. YAKA will define the parent rules through the strongest proof already available: Couture. This is not an equal rebrand of every venture; it is the architecture that tells each venture when and how it may grow.

WHY NOW

Prevent fragmented investment and give the activation a credible strategic centre.

FLAGSHIP

Couture becomes the first full expression of the Rhophys promise.

OWNER

Grace makes founder decisions; Portia becomes the operating lead for adoption.

CONTROL

Every later phase starts only after its decision gate is passed.

Success looks like

  • The parent role is explicit
  • Couture owns a precise promise
  • Ventures have clear boundaries
  • Rhophys Woman has a defined role
  • Future investment has gates
  • The next build has a firm brief

FINANCE EXCLUSION

YAKA does not provide bookkeeping, accounting, cash-flow management, financial reporting or finance training.

With permission, YAKA may identify gaps and introduce an independent provider. Any finance work is contracted, delivered and paid directly between Rhophys and that provider.

Potential introduction: Mahawa Kamara / Connoisseur Consults — subject to availability and fit. YAKA does not scope, supervise or deliver this work.

DECISION ROOM

Decisions for the Blueprint consultation

  1. 01

Will Rhophys commission the Parent + Couture Architecture as Phase 01?

  2. 02

Is “Rhophys Woman” a founder worldview, a narrative device or a defined market segment?

  3. 03

What should the Rhophys parent endorse—and what must remain distinct?

  4. 04

Which behaviours should every Rhophys venture share?

  5. 05

Will Portia own implementation and escalation?

  6. 06

    Which ambitions are deliberately deferred?

  7. 07

What must the first campaign and activation achieve once the system is ready?

15

COMMERCIAL CONTROL

Commercial and scope notes

01

All routes are indicative until confirmed in a new Statement of Work.

02

Phased payments change timing, not the professional fee.

03

The USD 200 already paid covers the completed Strategy & Curation phase only. It is not deducted unless a new proposal explicitly says so.

04

Dates are reserved only when the scope is signed and the required payment has cleared.

05

This Blueprint does not authorise implementation.
